The FSN brand ensures original components that have been accurately selected, checked and tested by specialised technicians for use on our screw and piston compressors. The use of certified original spare parts reduces running costs and guarantees the efficiency, reliability and durability of the compressor.
Spare parts are stored in our “Logimat” centralised automated warehouse covering 10,000 sq m in Zola Predosa (Bologna - Italy), where every day we manage more than 12,000 codes.
Specialised staff is constantly in contact with our worldwide distribution centres to deliver spare parts to our Clients as fast as possible.

To make it easier to replace components throughout the various maintenance intervals specified in the use and maintenance manuals, FINI developed its "LONG-LIFE" kits, specially created for all screw compressor models.
The FSN Long-life Kit extends maintenance intervals, thereby minimising repair costs and ensuring constant product performance.

- LUBRICANTS
Our lubricants with MINERAL or SYNTHETIC BASE have been specially designed for use on our compressors, supplied by top sector leaders.
SyntEnergy is a synthetic oil with additives specifically designed for piston compressors: it limits consumption, increases its average life and reduces carbonization by more than 90%. Available in individual 1-litre (1 kg) cans or in a pack of 20 cans.
For screw compressors we instead recommend:
RotarECOFLUID: formulated with high quality selected mineral base oils enhanced with advanced anti-oxidants, anti-wear (zinc free), rust preventers and antifoams, this oil offers an optimal control of oxidation and residue deposits as well as an excellent level of thermal stability and oxidation to ensure the longevity of equipment and long life performances.
RotEnergyPlus with synthetic base: it ensures quick separation of water, reduces friction and energy consumption, extends maintenance intervals, ensures excellent lubrication for the bearings, thereby providing perfect protection from rust and corrosion.
For use in the food-processing sector, which requires specific high quality standards, we recommend RotEnergyFood with synthetic base.
RotEnergy lubricants are available in bottles or drums, and multi-packs as well.
We recommend to change the oil according to the interval reported in the use and maintenance manual of the compressor or once a year.
